Dear Greenwood; On behalf of the Norwood Fire Department I want to extend our sincerest “Thank You” to Greenwood Emergency Vehicles.The Town of Norwood could not be more proud of our new E-ONE 110′ Aerial Ladder truck. We received our new piece of apparatus on October 10, 2013 to the delight of many of our members along with Norwood town officials. All were impressed with the finished product.

I personally was impressed with our Sales Representative John Buckley. John was a pleasure to work with throughout the project as he was always mindful of our needs and expectations in the building of the vehicle. John Buckley is a credit to your organization. Our trip to Ocala, FL for final inspection was impressive and educational. Visiting the manufacturing plants really gave us insight in how the vehicle was constructed The day long visit was nothing short of impressive.

Finally, your personnel in the fabrication/ fit-up department at your facility did an extremely professional job in fine tuning the vehicle to accept our new equipment on board. Many hours of thought and imagination by Deputy Chief Ron Maggio came to reality by the fabrication crew.
