Designed with both urban and suburban departments in mind, this highly maneuverable 100’ ladder boasts a mere 220” wheelbase and 11’ jack spread with crisscross underslung outriggers for set-up in tight spaces.

Featuring E-ONE’s exclusive integral torque box chassis and ToughTruss™ ladder design, the Metro 100 boasts an industry-leading 2.5 to 1 structural safety factor – exceeding NFPA’s 2 to 1 requirement. Combined with E-ONE’s Cyclone II low travel height aerial cab, the Metro 100 offers an impressively low 10’7” travel height.

HM 100/110 Ladder

The HM 100/110 aerial model offers a low travel height, short wheelbase and tight turning radius for maneuvering in congested streets. The criss-cross, underslung jacks contribute to a low center of gravity and deploy in an industry leading time of less than 40 seconds and, with a mere 11’ spread, can set up in very tight areas.

As with all E-ONE aerials, the HM 100 features fully-welded aluminum construction with a structural safety factor of 2.5 to 1, exceeding NFPA requirement of 2 to 1. The 110’ aerial shares the same design features of the HM100 with the added benefit of increased reach. The body is available with a truck company body option (no pump or tank) center hosebed or Sidestacker® hosebed design.

HR 100 Single Axle Quint

The E-ONE HR 100 Single Axle Quint features a 100’ vertical reach, 750-lb. tip load ladder with pump, tank and hosebed, all packaged on a single rear axle chassis. The crisscross under-slung outrigger system with a spread of only 11’ allows the HR 100 Single Axle Quint to set up in tight locations, even to the front with all tires off the ground.

Once on scene the HR 100 Single Axle Quint is equipped to get the job done with a 1250-2000 GPM pump and 300 to 500 gallon water tank. The extruded aluminum body features tall, full-depth compartments on each side, a center tunnel holding 127' of ground ladders and a SideStacker™ hosebed that can be re-loaded without raising the aerial.

HP 100 Platform

The innovative E-ONE HP 100 Platform is the apparatus your fleet needs to transport people and equipment to the scene, setup quickly in tight spaces, and handle both rescue and firefighting duties with ease.

The HP 100 Platform features crisscross, under-slung outriggers with a narrow 15’6” spread that deploy in less than 45 seconds, provide additional compartment space and require less room to set up than “H” style jacks. The three-section aluminum aerial provides a 100’ vertical reach and 91’6” horizontal reach while offering a 2.5 to 1 structural safety factor - exceeding the minimum NFPA requirements of 2 to 1.

A standard single monitor or optional dual monitors with up to 2000 GPM flow, combined with a 300-500 gallon water tank, plenty of full depth compartments and up to 182’ of enclosed ground ladder storage makes the E-ONE 100 Platform an invaluable resource at a fire scene.

Super Tiller

The E-ONE Super Tiller with V-Max™ Cab is a 100 ft. tillered aerial ladder boasting a 550-lbs. tip-load at the end while flowing water in all positions. V-Max Cab is designed for optimal visibility and has an enclosed flip up “buddy-seat” for driver training. The tiller cab also features air-conditioning, heat and defrost as standard.

The air ride tiller axle and custom-designed steering system are engineered to enhance the tiller’s maneuverability on congested, uneven streets.
The Super Tiller also offers a single set of outriggers with 17’-6” jack spread, standard short jack system for deployment in confined spaces and standard run under protection system.

CR 100 Ladder

If tip-load and low-angle performance top your list of “must haves,” our CR 100 with an impressive 800-lbs. capacity for firefighters is your aerial. It utilizes our famous integral torque box chassis and narrow stabilizer spread to make your job easier while holding heavier loads.

The exclusive integral torque box chassis features a Resistance to Bending Moment (RBM) rating of 14,350,000. The all-welded, structural steel torque box frame with internal gussets relieves ladder stress loads more efficiently without passing undue stresses into the apparatus body and cab. Underslung jack assemblies below the torque box with the high-strength, lightweight aluminum aerial provides a low center of gravity for improved road handling.

CR 137 Ladder

Buildings aren’t getting shorter. Fires don’t have a maximum height limit. So why should your aerial ladder be any different? Reaching more than 13 stories high, the CR 137 is North America’s tallest aerial ladder offering narrow, criss-cross under-slung stabilizers and a speedy set up – less than 45 seconds.

The welded extruded aluminum ladder combined with advanced engineering provides a 2.5 to 1 structural safety factor, exceeding NFPA requirements. The integral torque box chassis offers a rock solid foundation for the chassis and aerial, while providing a lower center of gravity than a bolt-on torque box for improved vehicle handling.

Perhaps the most impressive feature of the CR 137 is its ability to reach a target that is 110’ high and 80’ horizontally off the side while supporting a 750 lb. personnel tip load. For maximum reach, strength, stability and safety, make sure your crew is operating an E-ONE CR 137.

95 Platform

With an industry-leading 40-second jack deployment system and full operational envelope with a mere 13’-8” jack spread on a short 245” wheelbase, E-ONE’s 95-Platform out performs the competition. The criss-cross underslung outriggers also require less set-up space and allow for increased compartment space than “H” style jacks.

Through advanced engineering and innovative design, E-ONE aerials offer a structural safety factor of 2.5 to 1 – significantly greater than the minimum NFPA requirement of 2 to 1 used by other manufacturers. This incredible performance is one of the main reasons E-ONE is the only manufacturer never to have had an aerial structural failure or tip over in more than 30 years of producing welded-aluminum aerials.

95 Mid Mount Platform

The E-ONE HP 95 Mid-Mount Platform is designed for departments that need a stable platform with the ability to setup quickly in tight spaces and handle both rescue and firefighting duties with ease.

The vehicle can be leveled and operated at full capacity on downgrades and side slopes - even with the front wheels off the ground. The HP 95 is available with up to 2000-GPM pump capacity, up to a 500-gallon water tank and various body configurations to meet your department’s needs.

HP 100 Ladder

The HP 100’s short wheelbase and tight turning radius make for easy maneuvering in traffic. While the criss-cross, underslung jacks contribute to a low center of gravity, they also deploy in an industry leading time of less than 40 seconds with only a 12’ spread. Ample storage compartments allow quick access to all gear. With a 500-gallon water tank, this first responder is ready to fight the moment it arrives on scene. As for aerial safety, the HP 100 has a structural safety factor of 2.5 to 1, exceeding NFPA requirements.

The HP 100’s body is available in a traditional center hosebed or the sought after SideStacker. We also offer a truck company body option, with no pump or tank, which makes the HP 100 a valuable asset to any department.
